My test came back positive!
You likely have COVID-19. You will need to isolate for at least 5 days from time of symptoms or test, whichever came first. If you still have symptoms at that time, you'll need to continue to isolate for up to 10 days, or 24 hrs without symptoms.

My test came back negative!
There’s a chance you may still have COVID, but it is appropriate to treat it as a viral upper respiratory infection and stay away from others until fevers, runny nose and body aches fully resolve for 24 hours. If you have access to a home test, you may consider re-testing a few days later.

How do I Isolate?
Stay home and away from people you live with wherever possible.
Do not travel
Do not go to places where you may have to remove your mask for at least 10 days (restaurants, gym, etc)
TO OBTAIN YOUR COVID-19 TEST RESULTS:
-
If your results are positive: You will be notified of a positive result by a PCM or Nurse. If we can not get a hold of you, we may contact your shirt or command to ensure you're notified.
-
If results are negative: Results can be found in your patient portal (typically after 2-3 days if routinely collected). You can return to duty if you're without fever for 24 hours without the use of medications, and have been at least 5 days since onset of symptoms.

***Note: Commanders may choose to bring patient back at earlier or later date***
